School Leadership Team
Leon M. Goldstein High School for the Sciences School Leadership Team (SLT)
The School Leadership Team consists of both parent and staff members and plays a very important role in our school with regard to helping set the standards of the academic and social needs of our students and ensuring that those standards are met. We encourage parents to become familiar with the goals of the team and understand how the team works to meet the goals that have been set. Team members are present at the monthly Parents' Association meetings and the minutes are available for review on the School Leadership Team bulletin board across from room 113.
The SLT Meeting Schedule
SLT Meetings are scheduled for the second Wednesday of every month (except when indicated otherwise) from 4:00 – 6:00 PM in the principal’s conference room.
Any parent/guardian of a registered Leon M. Goldstein student is welcome to attend. However, if you require speaking time, you must submit your request and specific topic(s) in writing two weeks in advance of the next scheduled meeting, to either of our Co-chairs Fern Rossi or Ivor Ford.
